Introduction

Microthermal surge technology(MST) is a new technology to detect the binding and dissociation process of biomolecules based on the change of electrophoretic mobility of biomolecules in the temperature gradient, and to obtain information on the mode and kinetic constants of intermolecular interactions. It is a powerful tool developed in recent years to study biomolecular interactions, and has been widely used in life science fields such as drug screening, signal transduction, molecular detection, and medical diagnosis.

Procedure

1.Prepare a dilution series of ligand and add a constant amount of the fluorescent molecule.
2.Fill sample into capillaries and loaded into the instrument.
3.Start up the instrument
