Ice Maker and Dry Ice Maker

There are several types of experiments and reactions which require an ice bath in their procedures. An Ice maker or machine is a useful tool in every laboratory. Ice makers are usually large shaped floor model units that are connected directly to the water source. Ice maker vary in size, based on the amount of ice they can produce and store. A laboratory ice maker can be used in microbiology labs and for PCR. Dry ice makers create a controlled environment for packed items being transported. Sending the liquid carbon dioxide (liquid CO2) through an expansion valve, temperatures drop to yield large volumes of dry ice blocks or pellets in an empty chamber. These used ice makers are carefully inspected, refurbished, and certified to ensure their accuracy and performance.
