Buret

A buret, short for burette, is a common laboratory glassware used for precise volumetric measurements of liquids. It features a long, graduated tube with a stopcock (or valve) at the bottom, allowing for controlled and incremental dispensing of a liquid. Burets are particularly useful in analytical chemistry, titration experiments, and other applications where accurate measurement and control of the volume of liquid added are essential. The graduated scale on the buret makes it easy to determine the exact amount of liquid dispensed, down to fractions of a milliliter. They come in various sizes and are a fundamental tool for quantitative chemical analysis in laboratories.
