Flame Photometer

Flame photometer is a widely used inorganic chemical analytical instrument that allows scientists and researchers to measure the concentration of certain metal ions, among them sodium, potassium, lithium, and calcium, in a sample solution. Flame photometer can be used to determine the concentrations of various metals and elements in the soft drinks, fruit juices and alcoholic beverages. It can also be used to determine the presence of various alkali and alkaline earth metals in soil sample. This simple, economical, sensitive instrument can determine even very low concentrations (parts per million/ppm to parts per billion/ppb range) of metals in the sample.
