Ink Capsule Filter, 0.10-10 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2830-ZJF)

This disposable capsule filter is designed for low-flow filtration of liquids and gases. Its compact internal volume is suitable for valuable fluids and applications where product hold-up should be minimized. The filter can be configured with polypropylene, polyethersulfone, polyvinylidene fluoride, polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon, cellulose-based, or glass-fiber media. Polypropylene flow-distribution layers, an outer housing, and an internal support structure form the main cartridge assembly. Different membrane ratings allow the unit to perform either upstream pretreatment or downstream final filtration. The available connection formats support integration with threaded, hose, Luer, NPT, and Swagelok process lines. It is suitable for inks, dyes, developers, photoresists, solvents, aqueous samples, pharmaceutical liquids, and process gases. Each unit is subjected to integrity testing before use. The disposable one-piece construction simplifies installation and replacement without a separate reusable housing.
