Application: for low-flow photoresist and process-fluid filtration

Model: Φ60 mm

Description

This capsule filter is a compact disposable filtration unit for low-flow liquid and gas applications. Its small internal volume and filtration area make it suitable for valuable fluids and processes that require minimal product hold-up. The unit can be configured with polypropylene, polyethersulfone, polyvinylidene fluoride, polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon, cellulose-based, or glass-fiber media. Polypropylene is used for the flow-distribution layers, outer support shell, and internal support structure. Different lengths, retention ratings, and connection styles support laboratory, chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics, and fermentation applications. The capsule can be used for pretreatment or final filtration depending on the selected membrane. It is suitable for photoresist, developer, inks, dyes, solvents, aqueous samples, culture media, corrosive liquids, and process gases. Each cartridge is subjected to integrity testing before use. The one-piece disposable construction simplifies installation and replacement without requiring a separate reusable housing.
