Highlights

Compact low-flow filtration format
Multiple membrane-material options
Broad chemical compatibility by media selection

Cat Number: STEM-BC-2831-ZJF

Application: for developer and photoresist filtration

Model: Φ75 mm Developer Capsule Filter

Description

This compact capsule filter is designed for low-flow filtration of developer solutions and related process chemicals. Its disposable construction is suitable for fluids that should not contact metal components. The filter can be equipped with several membrane materials to match different solvent and chemical-compatibility requirements. Polypropylene is used for the flow-distribution layer, outer support housing, and internal support rod. Selectable retention ratings allow the unit to remove particles during either pretreatment or final filtration. The available threaded, Luer, NPT, hose, sanitary, and Swagelok connections support flexible installation. Typical applications include developers, photoresists, inks, dyes, solvents, pharmaceutical liquids, culture media, and corrosive solutions. Each capsule is integrity tested before release. Its compact one-piece design supports rapid replacement in laboratory and industrial filtration systems.
