The GW capsule filter is designed for filtering groundwater samples before dissolved metal analysis. It uses a hydrophilic 0.45 μm Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane to remove suspended particles from water samples. The capsule can connect directly to the outlet of a sample pump. Stepped hose barb interfaces support connection to different tubing sizes. The large filtration area supports rapid sample collection during field sampling. The thermally bonded housing avoids the use of adhesives and foreign materials. The filter is suitable for inline filtration during groundwater sampling. Additional pore size versions are available for monitoring methods requiring alternative retention levels.
