This capsule filter is designed for filtration in inkjet, coding, ceramic-printing, and digital textile-printing systems. Its 60 mm body forms a self-contained disposable filtration unit. The inlet and outlet use 1/4-inch Swagelok connections for secure integration with compatible ink tubing. Vent and drain ports are available with NPT or LF connection formats. The filter removes contaminants from ink to help protect printing heads and fluid-path components. A black housing can be selected to reduce ultraviolet exposure and help prevent UV ink from curing inside the capsule. Multiple membrane materials are available for different inks, solvents, and filtration requirements. Ultrasonic welding eliminates adhesives, while the low-hold-up structure reduces loss of valuable printing fluid.
