This disposable capsule filter is designed for low-volume liquid and gas filtration without a separate housing. It is suitable for valuable pharmaceutical fluids, metal-sensitive chemicals, and sterile-air treatment in small fermentation systems. The compact filter is available in multiple internal capacities for laboratory and small-batch processing. Inlet and outlet connections include 1-inch and 1/2-inch sanitary quick connections. A 1/8-inch hose-barb valve provides venting and drainage. Multiple membrane materials and cartridge dimensions can be combined according to filtration requirements. Ultrasonic welding forms the assembly without adhesives and helps maintain a clean flow path. The low-hold-up structure reduces product loss during process development and scale-up evaluation.
