Disposable Capsule Filter, 0.10-10.0 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2995-ZJF)

This disposable capsule filter is designed as a compact, enclosed filtration unit for liquids and gases. It is suitable for valuable pharmaceutical products, metal-sensitive chemicals, laboratory samples, and small fermentation systems. Multiple membrane materials can be selected according to fluid chemistry and retention requirements. The membrane, polypropylene flow-distribution layer, support core, and outer housing form an integrated assembly. Its compact structure reduces hold-up volume and simplifies installation in low-flow processes. Threaded, hose-barb, compression, sanitary-clamp, and Luer connections are available. The unit can be used for prefiltration, terminal filtration, solvent filtration, sterile venting, and sample preparation. Each completed capsule undergoes integrity testing before release.
