Quilt is a type of bedding is a rectangular piece of fabric that is large enough to cover the human body. It is generally used to keep warm during sleep. A quilt usually means a bed cover made of two layers of fabric with a layer of padding (wadding) in between. Quilts are usually made of quilt covers or sheets wrapped with cotton wool.
