Description

These fluorescent latex microspheres are designed for quantitative bioassays and fluorescent labeling applications. Green- and red-emitting particle series are available. Particle diameters of 100, 200, and 300 nm support different assay and transport requirements. Carboxyl-functionalized versions provide reactive surfaces for biomolecule conjugation. Streptavidin-functionalized versions support binding to biotinylated molecules. Green particles are excited at 488 nm and emit at 520 nm. Red particles are excited at 535 nm and emit at 610 nm. A 5% solids concentration is supplied across the listed product series. Typical applications include quantitative immunochromatography, cellular-uptake labeling, pore-size detection, biochips, and microfluidics.
