This pleated cartridge is designed for high-purity water and electronic-process filtration. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven flow-distribution layers. The cartridge is produced through pleating, edge sealing, structural assembly, and welded end-cap joining. No adhesive is used, and the flow path is designed to prevent media shedding. The electronic-grade version is manufactured in a controlled cleanroom and rinsed with high-purity water. Imported and domestic polypropylene membrane options support different retention requirements. The broad pore-size range allows use for pretreatment, polishing, and terminal particle removal. Each cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
