This high-temperature gel permeation chromatography system is designed for polymer analysis at temperatures up to 220°C. It integrates a dual-pump system for stable solvent delivery. A dual-channel and dual-flow-path refractive-index detector supports baseline stability under elevated-temperature conditions. The system includes a large-capacity column oven with coordinated temperature control across major components. An autosampler and sample dissolution preparation device support automated high-temperature workflows. The system can analyze polyethylene, polypropylene, and higher-dissolution-temperature polymers such as polyphenylene sulfide. An internal detector heater allows testing to begin approximately three hours after startup when using ODCB at 145°C. Safety interlocks on the column oven and autosampler help protect operators during high-temperature operation.
