The AMMS® MSC Cell Culture Kit 2.0 (Heterologous animal component-free) manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for the culture of MSCs without heterologous animal components, offering a kit that supports the expansion and maintenance of MSCs under animal component-free conditions.
AMMS® MSC Medium is a standardized, animal-free, serum-free medium for the culture of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and their primary progenitor cells. The AMMS® MSC Cell Culture Kit supports the long-term growth of MSCs and maintains their multipotent differentiation potential. The complete medium is prepared by thoroughly mixing the melted AMMS® MSC Additive 2.0, storing it directly or aliquoting and storing it at -20°C to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. It is recommended to use the prepared complete medium within one week.

Serum-free culture medium and additives contain no xenogeneic components and no antibiotics.
The culture medium contains glutamine; no additional glutamine supplementation required during the culture process.
