Trypsin-EDTA Solution contains 0.25% trypsin and 0.03% EDTA. This digestion solution is filter-sterilized and can be used directly for cell digestion or digestion of some tissues. This trypsin cell digestion solution is convenient and fast, usually taking about 1 minute at room temperature to digest most adherent cells.
