TOYOPEARL Super A Protein A Medium, ≥68 g Antibody/L (CAT#: STEM-BC-3236-ZJF)

This Protein A affinity medium is designed for purification of antibodies and Fc-containing biologics. It provides an antibody binding capacity of at least 68 g/L. The alkali-resistant ligand permits cleaning with 0.5 mol/L sodium hydroxide. Mild elution-pH requirements can reduce stress on acid-sensitive antibody products. The rigid matrix provides stable pressure-flow performance during process operation. The medium is suitable for monoclonal IgG1 antibodies. It can also purify IgM, mouse IgG, and Fc-fusion proteins. These properties support robust and efficient capture-step development at manufacturing scale.
