Tilletia Controversa (Dwarf Bunt of Wheat) Dye-Based qPCR Kit, 50 Tests/Box (CAT#: STEM-SLSR-0046-ZJF)

Highlights

Ready-to-use kit requiring only user-supplied DNA template.
High specificity: Primers are designed based on highly conserved regions of Tilletia controversa (the pathogen of wheat dwarf bunt), ensuring no amplification of other bacterial DNA.
Optimized primers and amplification system provide 100-fold greater sensitivity compared to conventional PCR.

Cat Number: STEM-SLSR-0046-ZJF

Application: For qualitative and quantitative analysis of Tilletia Controversa (Dwarf Bunt of Wheat)

Model: 25201

Description

This real-time PCR detection kit is based on SYBR Green fluorescence chemistry and is intended for the analysis of Tilletia Controversa (Dwarf Bunt of Wheat) nucleic acids. Primers targeting conserved regions enable specific amplification. During the reaction, fluorescent signals are emitted and continuously tracked by the system, providing reliable, real-time quantification and identification of the target sequence.
