Description

This PTFE double-layer four-blade propeller paddle is intended for electric overhead stirring. A stainless-steel core reinforces the 350 mm shaft under the PTFE sleeve. Two four-blade propeller levels distribute mixing action across the vessel depth. The double-layer arrangement reduces the load carried by each individual blade level. It promotes vigorous upward and downward circulation throughout the sample. The design is suitable for relatively large volumes and liquids with measurable viscosity. Medium-speed operation produces an axial flow pattern. The PTFE exterior resists strong chemicals, high temperature, sticking, and long-term environmental exposure.
