Description

This kit utilizes PCR technology, designed with specific primers targeting the highly conserved genomic region of the Porcine Torque Teno Virus Type 1 (TTSuV-1). PCR technology is used to amplify and detect the nucleic acids of TTSuV-1 in vitro. In the reaction system, when the TTSuV-1 nucleic acid template is present, the PCR reaction selectively amplifies the target. The PCR amplification products are detected using agarose gel electrophoresis. Based on the results of the specific amplification fragment, the presence of porcine circovirus-derived components in the test sample can be determined, enabling qualitative analysis of the test results.
