Partridge-Derived Component Dye-Based qPCR Kit, 50 Tests/Box (CAT#: STEM-SLSR-0034-ZJF)

Highlights

Ready-to-use kit requiring only user-supplied DNA samples.
Primers are designed based on national standard GB/T 21105-2007, enabling highly specific detection of canine-derived components without cross-reactivity to non-canine DNA.
Fluorescent quantitative PCR offers significantly higher sensitivity than conventional PCR.

Cat Number: STEM-SLSR-0034-ZJF

Application: For qualitative and quantitative analysis of Partridge-Derived Component

Model: 25217

Description

This kit utilizes SYBR Green dye-based real-time fluorescent PCR technology. Specific primers are designed to target highly conserved regions of the Partridge-Derived Component gene. In the presence of the target nucleic acid template, PCR amplification occurs, generating fluorescence signals. The fluorescence intensity is monitored in real time, enabling qualitative and quantitative analysis of Partridge-Derived Component with high sensitivity and specificity.
