The rat bladder is a urinary storage organ. It is a cystic structure composed of smooth muscle and located in the pelvis. The bladder wall is divided into three layers: the serous layer (cellular adipocytes), the muscular layer (detrusor, trigonometer), and the mucosal layer (an extremely thin layer of transitional epithelial tissue).
Its main functions include: ① Forming an important part of the inner wall of the filter barrier; ② To synthesize necessary bioactive molecules under the stimulation of inflammation and thrombogenic substances; ③ After damage, it affects mesangial cells and epithelial cells, which in turn affects renal lesions.
