The LCS-RE12 is a manual-lift rotary evaporator for laboratory solvent separation and concentration. It removes solvents gently under reduced pressure and is suitable for heat-sensitive samples. The motor rotates the evaporation flask from 20 to 200 rpm to form a thin liquid film and enlarge the evaporation area. Forward and reverse rotation can reduce wall adhesion when processing viscous or crystallizing solutions. The LED display provides real-time speed and timing information. A vertical double-spiral condenser liquefies solvent vapor for collection in the receiving flask. The manual lifting mechanism moves the flask through a 10-110 mm range and allows it to be removed from the heat source during a power interruption. GG-17 borosilicate glass, modified PTFE seals, and a corrosion-resistant coated bath support reliable operation with laboratory solvents. The valve-type feeding port permits continuous sample addition without stopping the evaporation process.
