The LCA-PMD-6 is a six-position microwave digestion system for parallel preparation of analytical samples. It is designed for laboratories performing chemical analysis, residue testing, environmental monitoring, and biological research. A high-quality industrial magnetron supports stable microwave generation during demanding operating cycles. Frequency-conversion control adjusts output continuously to improve field uniformity and sample-to-sample consistency. PID-based software regulates digestion temperature and pressure with real-time graphical monitoring. The large industrial cavity uses corrosion-treated 316L stainless steel and an eight-layer fluoropolymer coating described for the series. A reinforced self-locking steel door and automatic microwave shutdown protect operators during abnormal conditions. One-way continuous rotation and powerful ventilation reduce mechanical shock and shorten cooling time after digestion.
