The LCA-PMD-16 is a sixteen-position microwave digestion system for laboratories processing large sample batches. It supports high-capacity preparation for chemical analysis, environmental monitoring, food testing, and biomedical research. The industrial microwave source delivers continuously adjustable non-pulsed energy. Intelligent frequency-conversion control helps maintain uniform heating across the expanded vessel capacity. PID software provides temperature and pressure regulation, operating-curve display, fault prompts, and data export. The corrosion-treated 316L stainless-steel cavity is designed for repeated use with high-temperature digestion reagents. A reinforced six-layer self-locking door and automatic safety checks reduce risks associated with elevated pressure. Continuous one-way rotation and a powerful cooling and ventilation system support consistent digestion and shorter turnaround times.
