The LC-WSB-1C is a portable whiteness meter for white, near-white, and fluorescently brightened materials. It measures blue-light whiteness using the R457 reflectance formula. The instrument also determines fluorescent whitening value F. A 45/0 illumination and observation configuration is used for surface measurement. The optical and electronic systems provide direct digital results over the specified range. A high-definition LCD offers clear viewing under normal working conditions. The sample holder and movable platform help prevent stray light from entering the measurement opening. High-precision low-drift circuitry supports stable repeated testing. A calibrated white reference plate provides traceable transfer of the standard value.
