The LC-IMD12 is a microwave digestion system for chemical analysis, environmental monitoring, food testing, and biomedical laboratories. It can accommodate between one and twelve digestion vessels in a corrosion-resistant UPE rotor. Microwave power is automatically adjusted according to vessel quantity, vessel type, and current temperature. Wireless penetrating infrared temperature sensing and non-contact pressure monitoring provide real-time control of all vessels. The integrated 316L stainless-steel cavity is protected by six internal PFA anticorrosion coatings. Self-relieving digestion vessels automatically release excessive pressure without routine consumable pressure components. Dual turbine fans and a top-mounted centrifugal fan accelerate cooling and remove hot gases from the cavity. The controller stores up to 200 methods and supports digestion, microwave extraction, and microwave synthesis workflows.
