Designed for the detection of Infectious Subcutaneous and Hematopoietic Necrosis Virus, this kit employs SYBR Green-based real-time PCR. It uses highly specific primers to amplify conserved gene regions of the target sequence. The real-time detection system monitors fluorescence generated during amplification, allowing for accurate qualitative and quantitative evaluation of Infectious Subcutaneous and Hematopoietic Necrosis Virus in various biological or food samples.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:
-20°C ± 5°C, protect from light; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles (less than 7 times); shelf life is 12 months.

Sample Requirements:
Acceptable sample types include food, feces, vomit, oral samples, saliva, nasal/throat/eye/anal swabs, and virus cultures.
Cross-contamination should be avoided. Samples should be tested immediately after collection or stored at -20°C ± 5°C. For long-term storage, keep below -70°C.
Sample Storage and Transport:
Samples can be stored short-term at -20°C.
For long-term storage, keep below -70°C (no longer than 6 months).
During transportation, use 2-8°C ice packs. Repeated freeze-thawing is strictly prohibited.
