The negative spherical aberration design of frontal surface can compensate for the positive spherical aberration of the cornea. Pupil-adaptive optical design optimizes performance in all lighting environment. Compared to the AcrySof IQ ReSTOR +3.0 D Add IOL, the 7 diffraction steps are closer in spacing, and it has a central refractive area with a diameter of 0.94 mm, dedicated to 100% distance.
