The CATALYS® Precision Laser System is designated for patients undergoing cataract extraction. The intended uses of cataract surgery include anterior capsulotomy, phacoemulsification, and uniplanar and multiplanar arcuate cuts / incisions in the cornea, each of which can be performed separately or continuously in the same procedure.
