The Recombinant Human CD47 Protein manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for immune cell interactions and responses. CD47 antigen, also known as antigenic surface determinant protein OA3, integrin-associated protein (IAP), and protein MER6, contains 1 Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. CD47 is widely distributed in normal adult tissues. It serves as the adhesive receptor for THBS1 on platelets and plays a role in cell adhesion and regulation of integrins. It is also involved in synaptic plasticity and memory formation in the hippocampus. CD47 acts as a receptor for SIRPA, and the binding of CD47 to SIRPA prevents the maturation of immature dendritic cells and inhibits the production of cytokines by mature dendritic cells. The interaction of CD47 with SIRPG mediates cell-cell adhesion, enhances superantigen-dependent T-cell proliferation, and co-stimulates T-cell activation. Storage information for lyophilized products: They can be stored at 4°C for 24 months, and the liquid after reconstitution can be stored at -20°C for 6-12 months, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
