High-Dirt-Capacity PP Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3010-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for high-contaminant-capacity filtration of compatible liquids and gases. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven support and flow-distribution layers. Pleating increases the effective filtration area and extends the operating cycle before replacement. The cartridge can function as a pretreatment, intermediate, or terminal filtration element depending on the selected rating. Its components are edge sealed and joined with welded end caps. No adhesive is used, and the construction is designed to prevent filtration-media release. The broad pore-size range supports applications in water treatment, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics, food processing, and industrial fluids. Multiple membrane grades and cartridge lengths are available to match process requirements. Every completed cartridge is integrity tested before release.
