LHVA Hydrophilic PVDF Pleated Filter Cartridge, 15 Steam Cycles (CAT#: STEM-BC-2880-ZJF)

This hydrophilic PVDF pleated cartridge is designed for sterilizing filtration of compatible process liquids. It uses a hydrophilic PVDF composite membrane with strong corrosion and oxidation resistance. The membrane supports liquid wetting while maintaining low protein adsorption and high product transmission. Polypropylene support and flow-distribution layers reinforce the membrane during filtration and sterilization. Thermal welding forms the assembly without adhesives or surfactant-containing bonding resins. The cartridge is suitable for strongly corrosive or oxidizing fluids when material compatibility is confirmed. Every cartridge receives an individual identification code for traceability. All units undergo integrity testing before release. Applications include culture media, blood products, biological reagents, solvents, and other pharmaceutical or food-process liquids requiring microbial control.
