Stainless Steel Security Filter Housing, 0.5-25 T/h (CAT#: STEM-BC-3020-ZJF)

This stainless steel security filter is designed for fine filtration after multimedia pretreatment and before membrane systems. It removes small quartz particles, activated-carbon fines, and other suspended contaminants that could damage downstream equipment. The housing can be manufactured from 304 or 316L stainless steel. Industrial and sanitary configurations are available with several closure and support designs. Different cartridge materials and pore ratings can be selected according to the process fluid. The housing accepts flat-end, 222, and 226 cartridge interfaces. Multiple cartridge quantities provide theoretical flow capacities from 0.5 to 25 T/h. Typical applications include reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, pharmaceutical water, electronic ultrapure water, beverages, boiler water, oilfield water, and wastewater reuse.
