LHPV / LPV Corrosion-Resistant PVDF Cartridge, PVDF, 0.22 μm (CAT#: STEM-BC-0133-ZJF)

The LPV series uses hydrophobic PVDF membrane, while the LHPV uses modified hydrophilic PVDF. Both cartridges include polypropylene support, center rod, and housing/end caps. The PVDF membrane provides excellent mechanical performance and near-PTFE chemical resistance. Low protein adsorption makes it suitable for bioproduct filtration. LHPV cartridges can filter polar aqueous solutions without pre-wetting. Each cartridge is integrity-tested. Maximum operating temperature: 90°C; Maximum differential pressure: 4 bar @21°C or 2.4 bar @80°C; Steam sterilization: 121°C/20 min; Filtration area: 0.7 m² / 10″; Filtration precision: 0.1-1.0 μm
