PES Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.04-0.65 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3003-ZJF)

This PES pleated cartridge is designed for high-precision terminal filtration of biological and pharmaceutical liquids. It uses an asymmetric polyethersulfone membrane with a uniform microporous structure. The naturally hydrophilic membrane provides rapid wetting and high liquid throughput. Low protein and microorganism adsorption helps preserve valuable biological components. Polypropylene support and flow-distribution layers stabilize the membrane during operation. Thermal welding forms the cartridge without adhesives or intentional media shedding. The cartridge can be used for serum, biological products, protein solutions, antibiotics, beverages, ultrapure water, and compatible chemicals. Every unit is rinsed with purified water and undergoes integrity testing.
