PP Pleated Precision Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3019-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for precision filtration of industrial liquids and compatible gases. It uses a polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven flow-distribution layers. The pleated configuration provides a large filtration area within a compact cartridge. The cartridge can serve as a pretreatment, intermediate, or terminal filtration element depending on the selected rating. The membrane pack, support structure, and end caps are joined without adhesives. The integrated construction is designed to prevent filtration-media shedding into the process stream. Broad chemical compatibility supports use with water, pharmaceutical liquids, food products, oils, chemicals, and electronic-process fluids. Every completed cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
