PP Catalyst Filtration Pleated Cartridge, 0.10-50.0 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2945-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for catalyst removal and precision filtration of compatible liquids and gases. It uses a polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven flow-distribution layers. The media are pleated, edge sealed, enclosed by structural components, and joined through welded end caps. No adhesive is used in the assembly, and the cartridge is designed to prevent media shedding. Imported hydrophilic, imported standard, domestic high-performance, and standard domestic polypropylene membranes are available. The broad retention range supports catalyst capture, clarification, prefiltration, and final particle removal. Different production and rinsing grades support electronic, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, water-treatment, and general industrial applications. The cartridge provides broad compatibility with acids, alkalis, alcohols, ketones, dimethylformamide, phenol, and other compatible chemicals. Every completed cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
