SWATH Technology for quantitative proteomics (CAT#: STEM-MB-0087-WXH)

Introduction

SWATH (Sequential Window Acquisition of all Theoretical fragment ions) technology is a DIA technology. It divides the entire mass spectrum scanning mass range into several small windows, and sequentially fragments all ions in each window, so that it can perform high-speed primary mass spectrometry scanning and secondary mass spectrometry analysis on all peptide ions in the scanning interval. Capable of quantifying nearly all detectable molecules in complex samples. DIA (data-independent acquisition) refers to the data-independent scanning mode, which is a holographic mass spectrometry data acquisition mode based on the electrostatic field orbitrap (Orbitrap).<br />Its advantages include high sensitivity, good repeatability, high quantitative accuracy, wide linear dynamic range, and high throughput.
