PP Particle-Removal Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50.0 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2948-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for controlled removal of particles from compatible liquids and gases. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane and polypropylene nonwoven support layers. The pleated geometry provides a large filtration area and supports high flow at relatively low pressure loss. Welded edge seals and end caps form the cartridge without adhesives. The polypropylene flow path is designed to prevent fiber or media release into the filtrate. Multiple membrane grades support different particle-retention efficiencies and cleanliness requirements. The available pore sizes allow the cartridge to perform prefiltration, clarification, and terminal filtration. It is suitable for high-purity water, electronic chemicals, organic solvents, inks, photoresists, pharmaceutical fluids, and industrial process liquids. Every finished cartridge is subjected to integrity testing.
