N6/N66 Sterilizing Nylon Cartridge, 0.10-1.00 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3022-ZJF)

This nylon cartridge is designed for high-precision clarification and sterilizing filtration of compatible liquids. It uses nylon 6 or nylon 66 microporous membrane with polypropylene support layers. The membrane provides uniform pores and strong mechanical stability. Electrostatic attraction complements physical pore retention for removal of colloids and microbial debris. Nylon 66 provides improved thermal stability compared with nylon 6. The cartridge can be steam sterilized at 121±2°C for 30 minutes. Adhesive-free welded construction limits extractables and prevents intentional media release. Every cartridge is individually coded, traceable, and integrity tested.
