Syrup Filtration PP Pleated Cartridge, 0.10-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2962-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for clarification of syrup and compatible food-process liquids. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane and polypropylene nonwoven support layers. The pleated construction provides high filtration area for processing viscous liquids. Crystals, suspended solids, and other particulate impurities are retained according to the selected rating. The cartridge is welded without adhesives and is designed to prevent media shedding. Imported and domestic membrane options support different filtration-efficiency and cleanliness requirements. The broad pore-size range allows coarse clarification through fine polishing. Each cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
