TZQLPF/TZQPHF All-Fluoropolymer Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.05-10 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2865-ZJF)

This all-fluoropolymer pleated cartridge is designed for high-purity filtration under strongly corrosive process conditions. It uses an expanded PTFE membrane with PFA support layers and structural components. The fluoropolymer flow path resists strong acids, strong alkalis, and a wide range of organic solvents. Thermal fusion welding forms the cartridge without adhesives and minimizes extractables or media shedding. The pleated structure provides high throughput while maintaining a low operating pressure drop. Hydrophobic and hydrophilic membrane configurations are available for gas, solvent, and aqueous-liquid applications. Each cartridge can undergo integrity testing and carry an individual traceability code. The product is intended for semiconductor chemicals, high-purity reagents, and other precision processes requiring low contamination.
