Ozone-Resistant PTFE Sterile Gas Filter Cartridge, 0.22 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2888-ZJF)

This PTFE pleated cartridge is designed for sterile gas filtration in systems exposed to ozone. It uses a naturally hydrophobic expanded PTFE membrane with strong corrosion and oxidation resistance. Ozone-resistant support and structural materials allow the cartridge to withstand compatible ozone sterilization processes. The hydrophobic membrane is suitable for sterile filtration of tank vents, compressed air, nitrogen, and fermentation gases. Thermal welding assembles the cartridge without adhesives or resin binders. The cartridge does not intentionally release fibers or particulate media into the gas stream. Each cartridge carries an individual identification code for traceability. Every unit undergoes integrity testing before use as a sterilizing-grade filter. It is applicable to purified-water tanks, water-for-injection tanks, preparation tanks, food vessels, and biological fermentation systems.
