This pharmaceutical-grade pleated cartridge uses a high-quality polypropylene composite membrane. The membrane is enclosed in a polypropylene housing through thermal sealing. The construction contains no adhesive and does not intentionally release filtration media. It can process compatible liquids and gases in pharmaceutical and supporting industrial applications. The pleated structure provides substantial filtration area and high flow capacity. Low operating pressure loss supports efficient processing and extended cartridge service. Multiple precision options allow the cartridge to perform clarification, prefiltration, or finer particle-removal duties. Its polypropylene construction provides broad compatibility with many aqueous and organic process fluids. Typical applications include solvents, compressed air, reverse-osmosis water, beverages, inks, electroplating liquids, cutting fluids, photoresists, and wastewater.
