Oral-Liquid Impurity Removal PP Pleated Cartridge, 0.1-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3007-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is intended for removing impurities from oral pharmaceutical liquids. It is constructed from polypropylene microfiber membrane and supporting nonwoven or mesh layers. The pleated configuration increases the filtration surface and supports stable liquid throughput. A wide pore-size selection allows the cartridge to be used for clarification, prefiltration, and security filtration. The outer cage, center core, and end caps are thermally welded into an integrated structure. The cartridge contains no adhesive and is designed to avoid media shedding or secondary contamination. Standard interface options allow use with a range of pharmaceutical filter housings. The cartridge can also be applied to biological products, pharmaceutical solvents, and compatible process fluids. Every unit is integrity tested before release.
