This titanium rod cartridge is designed for filtration of corrosive, high-temperature, and pressure-driven process fluids. It is manufactured from 99.6% industrially pure titanium through high-temperature vacuum sintering. The resulting depth-filter matrix contains numerous curved and interconnected pore channels. Suspended particles are retained through pore interception and bridging within the porous structure. Titanium provides stability in many strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents. The cartridge can withstand operating temperatures up to 300°C under appropriate conditions. Its high mechanical strength supports rapid filtration and repeated cleaning cycles. Physical and chemical regeneration methods allow the element to be reused after contamination.
