Selectable-Membrane PP Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2944-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for both upstream pretreatment and downstream precision filtration. It is manufactured from polypropylene microfiber membrane and polypropylene flow-distribution layers. The media are pleated, edge sealed, enclosed by support components, and joined through welded end caps. No adhesive is used in the manufacturing process. The cartridge is designed to avoid media release into the filtered fluid. Imported hydrophilic, imported standard, domestic high-performance, and standard domestic polypropylene membranes can be selected. Different production and rinsing grades support electronic, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, water-treatment, and general applications. The broad retention range allows use with high-purity water, chemicals, solvents, beverages, oils, inks, coatings, and wastewater. Every cartridge is integrity tested to verify the completed assembly.
