Food-Grade PES Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-1.2 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2967-ZJF)

This food-grade pleated cartridge is designed for microbial and particulate removal from beverages and food-process liquids. It uses an asymmetric hydrophilic polyethersulfone membrane with polypropylene support layers. The high-porosity membrane provides rapid wetting and substantial liquid throughput. Low adsorption helps preserve product components during filtration. The cartridge is welded without adhesives and is designed to prevent fiber release. Food-grade production includes cleanroom manufacture and purified-water rinsing. Multiple retention ratings allow the cartridge to perform clarification, microbial reduction, and terminal filtration. Typical applications include drinking water, beer, wine, juice, seasonings, syrup, dairy products, edible oils, and food additives.
